On September 30, ASEM, the project coordinator, met the institutional coordinators and financial officers from the partner universities of Moldova to explain the financial management rules of the COMPASS project.

The main topics addressed during the meeting:

• explanation of budget lines and money transfer rules EACEA-ASEM-partner university;
• explanation of EACEA requirements in relation to budget use and reporting;
• explanation of the financial rights and responsibilities assumed by the partner universities;
• explanation of the procedure for drawing up, collecting and keeping the financial documents by the partner universities;
• explanation of internal rules for financial reporting.
