On 3-5 of May 2022, the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova, in collaboration with the European University Continuing Education Network (EUCEN), Belgium, organized the third National Workshop within the ERASMUS+ project, COMPASS. 

The event took place in a mixed format (offline + online), which allowed the connection to the event of academics from Moldova as well as those from Austria, Finland, Italy, Spain, India, Russia. The event was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Moldova, as well as representatives of the business environment, along with the university staff.

During the event, the speakers addressed subjects of major importance for the development of Lifelong Education in Moldova:

- Continuous training of university staff: the UCM experience, Lucila FINKEL, Complutense University of Madrid, Spain;
- ULLL development in Georgia: TSU case study, Keti TSINTSADZE, Tbilisi State University "Ivane Javakhishvili", Georgia;
- The development of continuous training programs for academic staff: the UPSC experience, Elena TAP, UPSC, Moldova
- Regulation of continuous training of academic staff, Ala Luca, MECC, Moldova;
- Target group analysis of the LLL course using the person approach to gain empathy, Isabell GRUNDSCHOBER, University of Continuing Education Krems, Austria;
- Marketing strategies used to promote LLL courses, Grigore FORTUNA, company Fortuna Media Grup SRL, Moldova;
- Increasing the adaptability and accessibility of LLL courses through digitalization, Tatiana BUCOS, ASEM, Moldova;
- Authorization and accreditation of LLL courses as a marketing tool, Adelina GHETIU, USEFS, Moldova, etc.
